NGSConnex: Claims and Medical Review Additional Documentation Requests

In NGSConnex, you have the ability to check the status of claims that have been selected for claim or medical review additional documentation requests (ADRs) in the last forty-five days for the provider selected. The ADR summary will show if that ADR has been responded to by anyone within your provider organization and regardless of the method of response (NGSConnex, mail, etc.). During this webinar we’ll review how to check the status, view the ADR letter text and some decision letters, how to respond to ADRs and offer additional NGSConnex resources.
