Quality of Care = Quality of Life

NHPCO, AAHPM and HPNA know how important it is for hospice and palliative care providers to be unified and grounded in our goal to provide high-quality, person-centered care. That is why the 2020 Virtual Conference is focusing on quality.

This is not the same-old, same-old discussion

How do we improve the patient and family experience? How do we rework the system? How do we ease the administrative burden? How do change perceptions? How do we leverage the systems we already have? How do we weave intentionality into everyday work? How do we keep patients and staff safe? How do we connect quality to purpose? How do we stop viewing quality as another box to check?
