Description:

DSS Published guidance to licensees (RCFE) in collaborating with home health agencies (HHAs) and hospice agencies to provide care to residents in Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs). Sheila Clark, CHPCA, President and CEO of The California Hospice and Palliative Care Association will review how Licensees are responsible for providing continuing care and supervision to residents in their RCFEs and must work collaboratively with HHAs and hospice agencies to ensure residents receive such care as specified in statute.
