Become an Inaugural Member of CHAPCA Certified Leadership
The CHAPCA Certified Leadership Program is an intensive three-day training designed to equip hospice agency management personnel with essential leadership skills to meet the minimum standards of training and experience in hospice operations and is structured to assist hospice leaders, including Administrators, Directors of Patient Care Services, and Medical Directors, in complying with California Health and Safety Code 1753.1(d).
 
Day Four is tailored explicitly for physicians, focusing on patient symptom management and the physician’s role in hospice operations. Portions of this curriculum may also support preparation for the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board (HMDCB) examination.
